We are looking for an experienced IT Financial Analyst to join a waste and environmental services organization in Pennsylvania. The role will support budgeting accuracy, financial reporting, and cross-functional coordination with procurement and legal partners in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Lead analysis of IT expenditures by comparing forecasts, budgets, and actual results to identify trends, gaps, and corrective actions.• Review accruals and reconcile financial records to improve accuracy in monthly and periodic technology spend reporting.• Partner with procurement stakeholders to monitor purchase requests, vendor quotes, contract terms, and agreement status across the purchasing lifecycle.• Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to support contract evaluations, renewal planning, and documentation follow-up for technology vendors.• Build and maintain reporting models, reconciliations, and financial tracking tools using advanced spreadsheet capabilities and enterprise systems.• Produce clear summaries and dashboards that help stakeholders understand portfolio costs, vendor commitments, and budget performance.• Support governance of IT financial data by organizing spend details, contract information, and supporting records for ongoing review.• Work with business and technology teams to improve the quality, consistency, and usability of financial and procurement-related data.• Use tools such as SQL, SAP, BusinessObjects, and Google Sheets to analyze information and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
