About the Role

Join the Barletta Boats team! We are seeking a detail-oriented Rail Prep Associate  to prepare and inspect rails for the anodizing process, ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.

What You’ll Do

Inspect rails and finished products for defects.

Sand and remove minor imperfections.

Operate hand tools and the Rail Brush Machine.

Read production schedules and prints.

Move and place rails in storage and shipping racks.

Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Ability to read a tape measure and production prints.

Experience using hand tools and small shop equipment.

Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)

Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions

Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
