The role is primarily onsite, with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after the first 90 days, and offers the opportunity to contribute during a high-demand period while building long-term value for the organization.Responsibilities:• Analyze financial results and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business planning.• Build and maintain financial models that assist with forecasting, budgeting, and scenario evaluation for management decisions.• Perform variance reviews by comparing actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, then communicate key findings clearly.• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reporting materials to address changing business needs and leadership requests.• Use data mining techniques to gather, organize, and interpret large sets of financial information from multiple sources.• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve visibility into performance metrics and strengthen financial reporting accuracy.• Translate complex financial information into concise summaries and recommendations for non-financial audiences.• Support ongoing process improvements within finance operations to increase efficiency, consistency, and data reliability.
