Delaware North Sportservice is searching for an Assistant Concessions Manager to join our team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. As an Assistant Concessions Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with the Concessions Manager to lead and develop the team while ensuring smooth and successful operations. What will you do?

Manage day-to-day operations of all concession locations under the guidance of the Concessions Manager

Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency

Contribute to hiring and training new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service

Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices

Oversee cash handling and financial reporting, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory management

More about you

Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions experience

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures, with the ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications

Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point-of-sale systems

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
