About your Team:

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Securities Lending Trader to join our stock loan desk, where precision, speed, and sound judgment converge daily. In this role, you will manage the full scope of stock loan activity, resolve operational discrepancies with agility, and partner closely with internal teams, broker-dealers, and correspondent firms to ensure every transaction settles accurately and on time. Our Securities Lending team has built a reputation as a forward-thinking, strategically minded, and tightly collaborative desk—one that thrives on anticipating market needs rather than simply reacting to them .
