We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a fully onsite team in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota on a Long-term Contract basis. This position centers on keeping cash posting and customer payment activity accurate while supporting steady account follow-up. The role is well suited to someone who is organized, comfortable working across internal teams and customer contacts, and confident managing a high-volume receivables workflow.Responsibilities:• Apply incoming cash, checks, and other daily receipts accurately and on schedule to maintain current account records.• Upload invoices and supporting documents through customer payment portals to help facilitate prompt processing.• Review the accounts receivable inbox and respond to payment-related requests, questions, and documentation needs.• Assist with collection efforts on overdue commercial accounts when workload allows, including follow-up on aging balances.• Partner with sales and internal departments to resolve billing questions, research discrepancies, and clarify account status.• Record thorough notes on customer communications and collection activity to support visibility and follow-up.• Help gather materials tied to customer credit reviews, approvals, and other receivables-related requests.• Contribute to additional accounting tasks and special assignments as business priorities evolve.*Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment. Please submit your resume and call 651-293-3973 for review and consideration.
