Job Description:

Responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Performs complex building repairs using various technical skills (i.e., carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.) Assists in maintaining preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Directs work and supervises vendors/technicians who repair and maintain equipment and/or systems. Conducts weekly and monthly building inspections to identify needed repairs and safety hazards. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Performs a wide variety of repairs throughout the facility including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. Ensures proper upkeep and preventative maintenance of all buildings, materials, and systems. Schedules, directs and ensures satisfactory completion of work performed by vendors.

Schedules and facilitates vendor testing of emergency generator, sprinker system alarms and other systems

Records data from main electrical panels on a quarterly basis.

Inspects various equipment and building areas, including, but not limited to, air compressors, roof and roof-mounted equipment and sprinkler systems; records data from inspections.

Provides support with conference room set-up for meetings, caterings, and events.

Ensures receipt and accountability for all deliveries including Federal Express, office supplies, and postal service.

Maintains positive interactions with associates at all levels of the organization in providing outstanding service and support.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Required Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Previous maintenance or operations experience. Strong communication skills to interact with internal customers and external vendors. Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems to record and track data. Ability to push, pull and lift 75 lbs.

Must be able to pass post offer background and pre-employment drug test.

Preferred qualifications:

Minimum of two years of experience in each of the following trades - carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.

Associates/2-year technical school

Preferred Experience: 4-6 Years
