With one of the nation’s most fuel-efficient, cost-effective power generation fleets and industry-leading reliability, we’re redefining what’s possible in energy. Want to be part of something powerful? Join our outstanding team and help shape the future of energy.

This position is for a development, environmental, land use and zoning attorney with a minimum of three years of experience. Specifically, we are seeking an individual who is licensed in Florida. Generally, the work includes (1) environmental legal work, including permitting and compliance in Florida under State and federal environmental regulations, and (2) other development work, including land use and zoning work, representing developers and builders at the local government, state, and federal level. This background may include government, in-house, NGO or other relevant experience.

The attorney may also have experience in administrative law, representing clients in quasi-judicial hearings and administrative legal challenges, and appearing in administrative hearings for permitting, development and other approvals.
