The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time dual Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor to join our team at Daytona Poker Room in Daytona Beach, Florida . As a Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor, y ou will oversee  assigned table games to ensure integrity is m aintained , procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided.  

Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$28.00 - $28.00 / hour

What will you do?

Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of game s  

Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents  

Greet guests appropriately , resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information  

Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members  

Control the pace of the game and d etermine winners and losers according to game rules  

Inform necessary personnel of any unusual request s or play s by guests  

More about you

Must be 18 years of age or older  

Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license  

Minimum of 2 years of professional gaming dealing experience required  

Have a standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in various types of table games  

Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills

No high school diploma or GED required

Must successfully pass an audition and be proficient in dealing all poker games offered

Physical requirements

Requires sitting, reaching, and pulling for the majority of the shift.

Some standing, walking, bending, stooping, the ability to periodically lift and carry up to 40 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, seeing, and hearing.

Must be able to speak and understand English.
