We're seeking a detail-oriented event professional who can seamlessly balance strategy, creativity, and flawless execution. If you're energized by bringing people together, managing multiple moving parts, and delivering polished experiences that reflect a luxury brand, we'd love to hear from you.

This role will be based in our Chicago, IL office.  We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

What you can expect:

Culture of innovation, teamwork, supportive colleagues and leaders willing to invest in talent

Internal mobility opportunities

Visibility to senior leaders and partnership with cross functional teams

Opportunity to impact change

Benefits – competitive compensation, paid time off, comprehensive wellness benefits and programs, employer funded health savings account, profit sharing, 401k, paid parental leave, employee stock purchase plan, tuition assistance and professional continuing education

We'll count on you to:

Lead the planning and execution of agent, client, employee, and community events from concept through completion

Translate business goals into engaging, brand-aligned experiences that deepen relationships and support growth objectives

Manage event timelines, project plans, communications, and stakeholder coordination to ensure flawless execution

Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, audiovisual needs, transportation, accommodations, materials, and on-site logistics

Oversee event budgets, invoices, and expense tracking while identifying opportunities to maximize value and efficiency

Manage registration platforms, attendee communications, RSVP tracking, event websites, and post-event follow-up

Partner with Marketing to develop creative event themes, invitations, presentations, signage, digital content, and branded materials

Serve as the primary point person for assigned events, proactively solving problems and ensuring an exceptional attendee experience

Support internal meetings and executive events, including town halls, All Hands meetings, and leadership presentations

Measure event success through attendance, engagement, stakeholder feedback, and budget performance

Analyze results and provide recommendations that continuously improve future programs
