WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role joins the Men’s & Women’s Sportswear Apparel Speed team, partnering with Inline Product Management, Design, Development, Global and Geography Merchandising, Sourcing, and GLAM teams to drive clarity, accuracy, and execution throughout the end-to-end product creation process.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative, and resourceful teammate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Because Speed operates on an accelerated calendar to pursue closer-to-market opportunities, they anticipate what’s next, move with urgency, and hold themselves accountable to every date and gate. They bring structure and clarity to fast-changing work, manage multiple priorities, and adapt as consumer signals and business needs shift. Curious about product, culture, trends, and emerging consumer insights, they help translate near-market opportunities into compelling product. They communicate clearly across written, presentation, and cross-functional settings and build strong relationships with Inline and Geography partners around the globe. Comfortable wearing multiple hats, they step in where the Product Creation Triad needs support and deliver accurate, high-quality work. They continuously look for ways to improve tools, workflows, and processes so the team can move faster and smarter.

Bachelor’s degree in business, retail merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

A minimum of 2 years of directly relevant work experience, including relevant experience in apparel product creation, product line management, merchandising, or a related discipline.

Experience supporting cross-functional teams throughout the product creation process.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.

Ability to travel internationally.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll help power Speed’s end-to-end product creation process, working with Product Line Managers and cross-functional teams to turn closer-to-market opportunities into accurate, compelling product. You’ll bring precision to product information, tools, samples, and critical checkpoints while keeping teams aligned and moving quickly on Speed’s accelerated calendar.

Partner with Product counterparts and cross-functional teams to deliver Speed priorities and key milestones on an accelerated, closer-to-market calendar.

Own accurate, up-to-date product information across key systems, lead recurring data reconciliation, and proactively resolve system inconsistencies.

Build and maintain sell-in tools, including sales and digital toolkits and fabric swatches, and support photoshoots to ensure digital toolkits capture key product details.

Manage and maintain Speed samples, ensuring teams have the product resources needed to move work forward.

Lead and participate in meetings, driving clear communication around deliverables, owners, and critical checkpoints.

Research products, consumers, and the marketplace to surface near-market opportunities and inform product creation decisions.

Maintain a clear view of Inline and Local Creation lines so Speed product remains complementary and differentiated, with international travel for at least two onsite trips per year.

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed. If you discover, as you navigate our application process, that you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please complete the Candidate Accommodation Request Form .
