This position is designed as a training and development opportunity with a path toward becoming a Claims Examiner.During the initial contract period, candidates will receive paid training and dedicated time to study for their required claims license. The company will cover the cost of the licensing exam, with the goal of successfully completing the exam within approximately 100 days.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in introductory claims training and developmentMeet regularly with a supervisor for training and guidanceStudy and prepare for the required claims licensing examinationLearn insurance claims processes, terminology, documentation, and proceduresDevelop the skills necessary to transition into a Claims Examiner positionManage multiple assignments and priorities while working remotelyMaintain accurate and organized workDemonstrate consistent progress throughout the training and licensing period
