The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will help ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience by supporting interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding coordination, and recruiting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.Support job posting distribution across internal and external platforms.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting records.Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires.Help prepare offer letters, recruiting reports, and other hiring documents.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process.Support talent acquisition projects, events, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
