Join Our Team as a Fiberglass Cutter/Grinder!

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and ready to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Chris-Craft, a leader in luxury boat building, is seeking a Fiberglass Cutter/Grinder to join our Lamination team. This role is essential to shaping the quality and craftsmanship that define our brand.

What You’ll Do

Grind and cut fiberglass parts with precision and care.

Learn and operate advanced tools, including the Zund cutting machine.

Read and follow work instructions and drawings accurately.

Use overlays to layout and mark parts before cutting.

Drill holes and perform cuts using pneumatic and hand tools.

Cross-train in multiple cutting areas and collaborate with a skilled team.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED preferred; technical certifications a plus.

Experience with fiberglass and basic hand tools helpful.

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on task.

Good vision and attendance record.

Ability to wear a respirator and work in PPE-required environments.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied positions.
