Bilingual Travel & Accommodations SpecialistRobert Half is seeking a Bilingual Travel & Accommodations Specialist to provide high-level customer service and assist guests with hotel, resort, transportation, and travel-related needs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple reservations and logistics at once.Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and provide information regarding accommodations, amenities, transportation, activities, and events.Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations, confirmations, special requests, and general inquiries.Provide professional customer service and respond to guest concerns in a timely and courteous manner.Assist with upselling accommodations, amenities, and services when appropriate.Coordinate airline, ferry, and ground transportation reservations.Manage transportation calendars and assign pick-up and transfer requests to drivers.Coordinate with third-party transportation providers when needed.Communicate with internal teams regarding guest arrivals, departures, travel changes, and logistics.Support travel arrangements for guests, executives, employees, contractors, and other approved travelers.Prepare and distribute reservation confirmations, arrival reports, and event-related reports.Update reservation systems and maintain accurate guest and travel information.Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.Perform additional duties and administrative support as needed.
