Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in stressful, fast-paced situations with tight time constraints

Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with crane operators, supervisors, and team members

Willingness and ability to travel extensively on a fleet-wide basis

Availability for weekend, night, and extended-hour work as required

Ability to meet all physical demands of the role, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with major component replacements on wind turbines

Crane and heavy lift support experience in wind, industrial, or construction environments
