We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to support financial operations for real estate assets in Coconut Grove, Florida. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate property-level accounting records, preparing timely financial reporting, and ensuring month-end activities are completed in accordance with accrual-based accounting standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Yardi Software and a strong understanding of general ledger management within a property accounting environment.Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day accounting activity for assigned real estate properties, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and completely.• Prepare and finalize month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and review of supporting schedules.• Maintain the general ledger for property portfolios and verify that account balances reflect current financial activity.• Apply accrual accounting principles to recognize revenue, expenses, and liabilities in the appropriate reporting periods.• Produce recurring financial statements and property reports for internal stakeholders and management review.• Reconcile bank accounts and key balance sheet accounts while investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.• Utilize Yardi Software to enter, track, and report financial data related to property operations.• Support audit requests and assist with documentation needed for compliance and financial review procedures.INTERESTED AND QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY AND REACH OUT TO STEFANIE FURNISS 786-897-7903
