Our client in the Branchburg, NJ area is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator. This role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, and is seeking someone with 1+ years of related experience. Depending on experience, the base salary range is $60,000–$70,000. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.Scheduling Coordinator –Coordinate and manage schedules for 9 field service technicians performing installations and service calls across multiple locations.Match technicians to jobs based on availability, location, and service requirements to ensure efficient scheduling and coverage.Communicate with field technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate job assignments and address scheduling needs.Monitor schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate urgent requests, last-minute changes, and shifting priorities.Maintain accurate scheduling information and ensure clear communication regarding job details, timelines, and updates.Support day-to-day service operations by helping keep jobs organized, properly assigned, and on schedule.
