We are seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join our Regional Legal Services team, with a primary focus on commercial retail leasing. This position will work under the direction of the VP of Regional Legal Services and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, lease amendments, and related commercial real estate agreements.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate retail leases, amendments, and related agreements.

Manage assigned leasing transactions from initial draft through execution.

Review LOIs and other deal materials to ensure lease documents accurately reflect approved business terms.

Work directly with internal business teams, tenants, tenant counsel, brokers, and other third parties.

Identify and resolve routine legal issues and escalate significant matters as appropriate.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Minimum three years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial real estate leases.

Retail leasing experience strongly preferred.

Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment.
