Position Summary

PG&E is seeking a Principal Learning Strategist to shape high-impact, enterprise learning strategies that turn business priorities into measurable results. Lead with disciplined execution by guiding high-visibility initiatives and portfolios from strategy through implementation, governance, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Mobilize cross-functional teams around a shared direction, integrating best practices in change management, leadership development, learning design, and training deployment to deliver sustainable results.

Drive insight, innovation, and accountability by applying data, assessment findings, return-on-investment insights, and external trends to improve outcomes, resolve complex risks, and shape future strategy.

Elevate organizational capability by coaching and mentoring learning professionals, strengthening team practices, contributing to department leadership, and representing the function in enterprise forums.
