About the Role

The Production Team Member – Electrical Check will be responsible for testing all electrical components on the boat, troubleshooting root cause of failed tests, and correcting the issue.  

What You’ll Do

Check all electrical functions on the boats

Install console toe-kick panels

Perform quality inspections of electrical components

Complete and sign required inspections and production documentation accurately.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area

Support continuous improvement and production excellence

What Makes You a Great Fit

Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)

Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude

Strong communication skills a nd willingness to learn

Ability to accept direction and constructive feedback and apply it to improve performance

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Regular use of hand tools and production equipment

Working knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems

Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions

Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
