We are looking for a Health Plan Specialist to support members through a high-volume inbound service environment. This position is focused on helping individuals understand Medicare-related benefits, billing, and enrollment questions while delivering accurate and compassionate assistance. The role is well suited to someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and can manage each issue through to completion. Candidates should be comfortable working scheduled shifts Monday through Friday and participating in virtual training with camera use required.Responsibilities:• Handle a steady volume of inbound member calls, especially during open enrollment periods, while maintaining a detail-focused and supportive approach.• Guide members through questions related to Medicare benefits, premium billing, eligibility, and enrollment matters with clear and accurate explanations.• Take full ownership of each inquiry from initial contact through final resolution, ensuring follow-up is completed within expected timeframes.• Record call details thoroughly and maintain precise documentation so that member interactions and outcomes are properly tracked.• Use multiple digital tools and on-screen resources efficiently to research information and resolve issues during live conversations.• Address complex member situations with sound judgment, empathy, and attention to detail while protecting service quality.• Participate in virtual onboarding and training activities, including live sessions, team collaboration exercises, and required video participation.• Maintain a distraction-free remote work setting and consistently use employer-provided equipment to meet performance and communication expectations.
